Question #1: What stage of business should I be in?
Such a great question…
To be honest, it doesn’t matter.
All that you need to have is a shop that is open for business with a shop management software being used or that you are ready to implement one.
And at least 3 lifts.
As long as you want to be a High-Performance Shop owner then you’ll have a serious chances of success implementing the strategies inside the High-Performance Roadmap call.
Question #2: What if my current business is disorganized and I don’t really know how to use my shop management software?
Again – no worries!
That only means you have a ton of potential and opportunity to get the most out of this strategy session.
